Return/Refund Policy

We hope you love everything you have purchased, but we know sometimes things just don’t work out!
All returns must be done within 30 days from the original delivery date. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it's delivered to us.
Our return policy is for store credit only.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not pay for return shipping. 
All returned items must be in original, un-washed, un-worn, and with the original tags attached and intact. Items must be free of pet hair, perfume, deodorant, smoke, stains, makeup etc. with all packing slips included with the return.
*Swimsuits cannot be returned without the hygienic liner attached.
Items will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs, if they do not meet the criteria mentioned above.
 
Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
Shoe boxes must be encased in another box or package, as they are considered part of the product's original condition for shipping to protect the items.
If shoes are returned with stickers or return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged or taped, then we cannot accept the return.
Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
 
EXCHANGES
We cannot provide exchanges due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the items needed and return the other items.
 
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We always want our customers to be satisfied with our products!
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We unfortunately cannot keep up with the demand of exchanging, but we do accept the item back and the store credit you receive can be used to place an order for the same item in a different size or a different item.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order. If we are not notified within 3 business days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
You must include your order number and a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
 
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order. Email us at returns@bradlielle.com.
 
RETURNS PAID WITH SEZZLE/AFTERPAY
An order purchased with Sezzle/Afterpay can be returned if it fits within our return policy. You will be issued store credit like all returns.
You will still be responsible for your payment agreement with Sezzle/Afterpay and will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

STORE CREDIT
A gift card is emailed to you once your return has been received and processed. On occasion emailed gift cards are sent to spam folders, so please check there before reaching out to customer service. All gift cards are nonrefundable and do not expire.
If you place an order and do not use your store credit, we cannot apply that credit afterward.
 
 
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
  • Clearance Items
  • Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Undergarments
  • Hair Accessories, Hats, Beanies
  • Hosiery
  • Doorbusters
  • Liquid Products (hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.)
  • Eyewear
  • Socks
Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items. 
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
 
If you are making a return from two separate orders they have to be returned separately.
 
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
